It's A....GIRL!

Big news this week - we found out that we are having a little GIRL! We are so excited - most importantly that she is perfectly healthy and everything looks good but also that it is a girl.

So, we told Mason last night that he was going to have a little sister - that the baby in Mommy's belly was a girl. Braden asked him what we should call her - what her name should be. Mason thought and thought and finally said, "Brother!"

January News...

Many of you know by now that we are pregnant and having another baby! YEAH! The baby's due date is July 29th...which makes me 12 weeks along now. We went to the doctor last week and heard the little heart beat, which was a huge relief to me. It is the first sign that this is actually happening. Mason doesn't really get it yet, which is OK because he also has no sense of time. Nine months to a three year old is basically forever.

This is so exciting because many of my friends are having their second babies and my sister is pregnant as well. It helps tremendously to have other people around you that are experiencing the same things you are.

As I learn more about this whole blog thing, I will post some photos and keep this updated.

Welcome to our new blog. One of the reasons we are creating this site is to be able to keep our family and friends up to date with what is going on with our family. While we are good about taking pictures and sending out emails, we wanted a place that we could upload more information and you could get on to see it whenever you want!
